PlotNyra is a mobile tool for elegant mosaic-style photo creation with a project-centric workflow. It follows an on-device approach: project assets and outputs are stored on your device. The interface is consistent and clear, with a safe deletion flow and centralized settings.

Scope

This policy applies to all PlotNyra features and pages, including Projects, Shots, Tools, and Settings (About, Feedback, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service).

Data We Process

• Project metadata: project name, creation and modification time, cover, and necessary organizational information for search and presentation.
• Exported works: images and thumbnails generated during creation and export, plus local generation parameters required to reproduce effects.
• Tool runtime data: on-device data used to implement mosaic creation and asset handling (e.g., asset selection, layout, and effect parameters).
• Feedback and support: text and attachments you submit via “Feedback”, used solely for communication and issue resolution.
• System diagnostics: crash and runtime logs produced by the OS, which you may choose to share to help improve stability.

These data are used to provide and optimize core features, improving creation experience and efficiency.

Device Permissions

• Photos/Library: select assets and save exported results.
• Camera: capture photos to use as creation assets.
• File storage: save project assets and export files on your device.

Permissions are used solely for their corresponding features. You can manage them anytime in system settings.

Storage and Security

• Storage location: project assets and exported works are stored on-device.
• Security measures: protected by iOS sandboxing and system security to prevent unrelated access and misuse.
• Caching: necessary cache data may be stored locally to improve performance.

Sharing and Third Parties

• Sharing: you can use the system share sheet to send exported works to apps and services of your choice.
• Third-party integrations: PlotNyra focuses on creation and project management.

When you share content to other apps or services, those services process data under their own policies.

Retention and Deletion

• Retention: data remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Project deletion: deletion is confirmed before it happens; exported works remain in “Shots” and are clearly marked.
• Full cleanup: you can remove local data via system settings or by uninstalling the app.

Your Rights

• Access and manage: browse and manage projects, exports, and settings in-app.
• Authorization control: manage Photos, Camera, and file permissions in system settings.
• Feedback: contact us through “Feedback” when you need help or want to share suggestions.

Children’s Privacy

If the user is a minor, PlotNyra should be used under guardian guidance. Necessary permissions and management should be performed by the guardian.

When this policy is updated, the latest version and date will be published on this page. For significant changes, in-app notices will be provided as appropriate.
